Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education.We are currently looking for a DevOps Lead, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic teamResponsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems.Define and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.Oversee environment strategy, release management, and deployment processes across multiple environments.Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation for scalable and repeatable deployments.Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability,



ensuring rapid incident response and resolution.Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance.Manage version control, branching strategies, and code repository structures.Ensure security, compliance, and data protection across the DevOps lifecycle.Qualifications:4 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, with experience in Microsoft C#, Azure Cloud Services.Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.Solid understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and all the services available.Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is required.Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights).Strong understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.Familiarity with security best prac
