and eliminate impediments with urgency and zero tolerance for inertia. You must bring deep, demonstrable Kanban experience designing, operating, and evolving systems in real delivery environments, along with mastery of GitHub Projects (or equivalent), CI/CD and deployment pipeline understanding, release management and cross-team dependency coordination, practical knowledge of DoR/DoD and IT risk compliance, and an AI-native mindset that naturally integrates AI as a thinking partner for flow analytics, board management, pattern detection, and decision support not a novelty.
