And we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to start immediatelyGoalTo provide graphic design support that improves visual assets used for marketing, product presentations, and seasonal promotions across digital and print channels, with the help of AI-powered improvements.ResponsibilitiesCreate design assets using existing templates and established brand guidelines with the assistance of AI toolsProduce social media posts, simple advertisements, basic flyers, and presentationsResize, adapt,



and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formatsApply feedback accurately and promptly across design revisionsOrganize and manage design files within shared folders or asset repositoriesSupport marketing and promotional initiatives as neededCoordinate with internal stakeholders during check-ins and brief reviewsPerform ad hoc design-related tasksQualificationsAt least 1-year experience in graphic design or design support rolesStrong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistencyReading and comprehension skills: Intermediate to Advanced (must clearly understand design briefs, brand instructions, and revision notes)Written English skills: Good to Strong (for written feedback, captions, task updates, and internal communication)Spoken English skills: ConversationalAccent preferred: Neutral or clearly understandableDetail-oriented with the ability to follow structured briefsOpen to feedback and able to work efficiently on revisionsFamiliarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plusSoftware ToolsAdobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Canva (for templated or quick-turn designs)Google Drive or a shared asset repositoryTechnical RequirementsWorking computer capable of running design software smoothlyRelia
