We are hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist to manage inbound customer requests, support operational workflows, and help bring structure to a growing support function. This role is focused on responding to customer inquiries, managing leads in LeadExec, and creating processes that ensure customers receive fast, consistent responses. The company currently has a backlog of support tickets and inbound emails that need attention, so the right candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable building systems as they go. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 9am–5pm EST.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to customer support tickets on a daily basis, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
Monitor inbound customer emails, including messages sent outside the ticketing system, and ensure all requests are addressed.
Manage leads inside LeadExec, including routing, updating records, and ensuring lead information is organized properly.
Assist with sending leads to clients and supporting related operational tasks.




Help onboard new customers and manage offboarding or cancellation requests when necessary.
Identify common customer questions and build a library of standard responses.
Create and document a Customer Service SOP that outlines how support requests should be handled as the team grows.
Address operational issues such as failed emails, delivery problems, or incomplete information flowing through systems.
Support various manual operations tasks that help clients receive their leads and services properly.
Work closely with the founders to improve support processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer support, operations support, or client services.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Experience managing support tickets and inbound customer communication.
Comfortable working with CRM or lead
