Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
Compensation: $1,800 - $2,500 USD per month (based on experience)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, proactive Paralegal to join our lean civil litigation and appellate practice. In this high-impact, fully remote role, you won't just provide administrative support, you’ll be a strategic partner in managing the entire litigation lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring every case moves forward with precision. Key Responsibilities

Litigation Support: Assist with all phases of litigation including drafting discovery requests/responses, preparing initial disclosures, and organizing exhibits.
Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients to gather necessary documents and information. You will explain the "why" behind document requests to help clients stay organized and compliant.
E-Discovery & Document Review: Conduct initial document reviews, tagging, and confidentiality checks using platforms like Goldfinch
