**About the Role** As a Vendor Business Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing our vendor relationships and ensuring smooth operations in pricing, sales, and purchasing.
Your primary responsibilities will involve updating and managing price files, creating sales and purchase agreements, generating quotes, and understanding vendor quoting requirements.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the various Vendor groups, taking direction to align vendor strategies with product development objectives.
· Prepare quotes for customers based on pricing information and customer requirements.
· Proactively communicate vendor quoting requirements to the relevant teams.
**What We're Looking For** · 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Basic data entry and mathematical skills.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to create and conduct formal presentations.
· Strong organizational and time managem ent skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
· Strong multitasking and collaborative abilities.
· Basic proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.
