About the Role
Are you a seasoned Paid Ads Expert who has managed millions in ad spend and delivered measurable results?
We are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to join a high-performance team and own paid advertising strategy at scale, someone who has lived and breathed large-scale ad budgets, not just managed them, but mastered them.
What You'll Do
Managed millions in ad spend across Google, Meta, and/or programmatic channels, with provable ROAS results.
Built and scaled paid campaigns from the ground up, owning budget allocation strategy end-to-end.
Operated at senior level: set strategy, mentored others, and held full accountability for performance.
Navigated complex attribution models and extracted insight from imperfect data.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record managing millions of dollars in paid ad spend (non-negotiable)
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising – Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or a combination
Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics
Strong analytical skills – comfortable in spreadsheets, dashboards, and data tools
Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and communicate results clearly
