About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong technical background in electrical construction — specifically in takeoff, detailing, or prefabrication — who can translate that knowledge into successful software adoption.
You'll work directly with electrical contractors to implement the platform on real projects, guide technical workflows, and ensure customers achieve measurable value.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on operator who understands how electrical systems are quantified, planned, and built — and wants to apply that expertise in the tech space.
Responsibilities
Lead technical onboarding and implementation using real customer projects
Guide users through electrical takeoff, material planning, and prefabrication workflows
Deliver role-specific training for estimators, detailers, prefab teams, and project managers
Act as the primary post-sale contact, supporting both technical execution and strategic adoption
Validate quantities, workflows, and platform outputs alongside customers
Identify workflow gaps and provide practical solutions to improve efficiency
Collaborate with Product and Engineering with detailed, workflow-driven feedback
Support advanced use cases including BOM generation,



assembly design, and installation planning
Travel up to 30% for customer site visits, trainings, and industry events
Required Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in electrical construction with direct involvement in:
Detailing / VDC
Prefabrication planning
Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation workflows
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, or similar construction tools
Ability to lead technical conversations with estimators, detailers, and field leadership
Proven ability to train others or support technology adoption
Fluent English — spoken and written
Self-driven, comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with construction technology or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with material takeoff processes and BOM generation
Experience with prefabrication or assembly-based construction workflows
Prior exposure to customer success, implementation, or technical support roles
