We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP FSM Engineer to architect, develop, and enhance scalable solutions on the SAP Field Service Management platform.In this position, you will blend hands-on technical work with close collaboration across both technical and functional teams to deliver efficient field service processes.
Join us to work on impactful projects and help shape the future of service operations.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement SAP FSM features for planning, dispatching, reporting, master data management, and business rulesWork with functional and technical teams to gather, define, and clarify requirementsEnsure optimal system performance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing system improvementsDevelop and extend SAP BTP solutions using CAP, custom OData services, Shell UI applications, Event Mesh, and WebhooksBuild and enhance SAPUI5 front-end components integrated with FSM Web UI or BTP LaunchpadImplement mobile application enhancements, including offline sync, hardware integration, and workflow upgradesImprove mobile and web FSM user experience through custom views, controllers, and routing logicIntegrate FSM with APIs, synchronization services,
