We're looking for an HR Operations Lead to join our team.



Are you a systems‑thinker who loves building scalable HR processes from the ground up? We are seeking a highly proactive HR Operations Lead to take full ownership of our core People operations and help us build the infrastructure for our next phase of growth. This is a part‑time role, requiring availability equivalent to about 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition into a full‑time position.
What You Will Do

Own and manage core HR operations: Act as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional HR matters, leading several action items, from onboarding/offboarding to background checks and payroll validation.
Process Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, etc.) to support scalable growth. Identify gaps and proactively build structured solutions.
