We are seeking a talented and proactive Senior Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation expert.
In this role, you will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using UIPath, while collaborating closely with non-technical Product Owners to transform their requirements into impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop automation solutions using UIPath, leveraging pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for script development
Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into effective automation solutions
Take full ownership of the automation process, including design, development, testing, and deployment, to enhance project productivity
Work within the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices, provide guidance, and contribute to the creation of automation standards and guidelines
Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Low Code/No Code and automation to continuously improve automation capabilities
Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with UIPath, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing automation solutions




Strong understanding of Low Code/No Code principles and the ability to effectively use templates to streamline automation development
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of automation scripts
Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for designing efficient automation solutions
Passion for automation and a drive to foster innovation within the project
Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
Experience with CI/CD practices for automating deployment and integration processes
Skills in data analytics and visualization to interpret and present automation outcomes
Familiarity with ETL/ELT solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading
Understanding of test automation approaches to enhance the reliability of automation scripts
