Please only apply if you are fluent in Spanish and English.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end statutory tax obligations and filings across a diverse LATAM portfolio.Lead and mentor a regional team of 3+ reports, providing structure to high-performing seniors.Your team will be based across Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.Oversee high-stakes VAT recovery and reimbursement for transaction-based taxes.Supervise BPO partners to ensure technical consistency, quality,



and audit readiness.Support Tax Strategy and Sales teams on pricing and new business implementations.Build and formalize internal compliance processes from scratch in a fast-scaling environment.Qualifications***** years of experience in Tax functions with a strong LATAM regional background.Proven experience in people leadership and developing multi-country teams.Solid background in tax credits recoverability and statutory obligations.Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance.Strong experience in Audit and BPO Management.Prior fintech or payments experience is a strong plus.Languages: Spanish and English fluency is a must.Location: Argentina.
