Job Description
This is a remote position.




We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Operations Manager based in Argentina to lead and optimize influencer marketing operations across multiple regions – Europe, LATAM, US, UK and APAC. The role is ideal for someone with strong operational expertise, experience managing complex campaigns globally and the ability to scale processes while mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Do

Lead and optimize the operational execution of general influencer marketing campaigns.
Develop, implement and continuously improve campaign workflows, creator onboarding, contract management and payment processes.
Coordinate cross‑region teams to ensure campaigns meet timelines, budgets and brand standards.
Track, analyse and report on campaign KPIs and operational efficiency, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Mentor junior operations and campaign team members, providing guidance on best practices and process improvements.
Implement tools and systems to streamline campaign management, reporting and collaborat
