We are a lean, fast-moving team, and this person works directly alongside the President as a true right hand. You are the filter between the noise and the work that actually matters, keeping communication moving, projects on track, and executing faster than anyone else could. What You’ll Do: Build & Development: Web pages, landing pages, and brand microsites built and deployed via Claude Code. Internal dashboards: dealer sales, rep activity, inventory visibility. Structured data systems: SKU tools, territory maps, pricing calculators. Workflow automation connecting CIN7, Shopify, Monday.com, and Notion. Maintaining a master prompt library across all brand use cases. Documenting every build so it is repeatable and transferable. Sales reports by SKU, territory, channel, and period.
