Job Summary
We are hiring a Head of Engineering, GTM Systems to lead the transition from no-code automation to AI-agent-driven, code-first infrastructure.
This role is adecuado for a builder who started in automation (e.g., workflow tools, enrichment pipelines, API integrations) and is now evolving into full-scale engineering—designing scalable systems, writing production code, and leading technical teams.
You will own the architecture powering revenue operations, build intelligent agent systems, and lead a team of engineers delivering high-impact GTM infrastructure across multiple client environments.
