The Uncle Martin Podcast is a new venture hosted by a US-based Navy veteran, delivering uplifting content as "The Family Member You Always Needed but Never Had." We focus on fostering a truthful, positive uprising in personal and professional lives through traditional conservative values: Family, Loyalty, Faith, Protection of Children, Health and Well-Being (physical and psychological), Hard Work, Human Rights, The Golden Rule, Ethics, and rediscovering lost arts of humanity. We're staunchly anti-sex trafficking, anti-rape, anti-illegal immigration, anti-child mutilation, and similar threats to society. Our mission is to guide misguided youth and adults while resonating with conservatively minded individuals of all ages.
Position Overview
As our sole hire, you'll be the creative force behind our video production and social media growth. This full-time role requires a passionate individual with at least 3 years of relevant experience, who is a die-hard supporter of Javier Milei and aligns deeply with our conservative ethos.



You'll transform raw footage into compelling content and drive organic engagement across multiple platforms to build a relatable brand.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production (50% of Role)

Edit and produce short-form (reels/clips), medium-form (episodes), and long-form (full podcasts) videos from raw content.
Develop a cohesive brand aesthetic that's approachable for misguided youth/adults and inspiring for conservatives.
Collaborate with the host to enhance storytelling, add graphics, music, and effects that emphasize our core values.
Ensure high-quality output optimized for various platforms, maintaining a positive, ethical tone.

Social Media Marketing (50% of Role)

Manage and grow accounts on X, Truth Social, YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok through organic strategies.
Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories that promote episodes and engage audiences.
