**QA Engineer - Automation & Angular Testing (Full-Time, Remote)**:
Are you passionate about testing, automation, and helping dev teams ship high-quality software faster? At Launchpad, we're looking for a **QA Specialist** to join an agile product squad and take quality to the next level—one test case at a time.

This role is adecuado for professionals who combine **solid manual testing experience**, **automation skills**, and a working knowledge of programming. You'll work hand-in-hand with developers and product owners to deliver robust features with confidence.

**Start date**: June 2nd, 2025
**Type**: Full-time, long-term
**Location**: 100% remote | Agile environment

**What You'll Be Doing**:





- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align testing strategies with dev work
- Design and execute both **manual and automated** test cases across UI, backend, and APIs
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve bugs early in the sprint
- Create and maintain test scripts for **regression, integration, and smoke testing**
- Implement automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Use tools like **Selenium**, **Cypress**, **Postman**, or **RestAssured**
- Document test results, track issues, and support UAT when needed
- Stay up to date on QA best practices and help improve internal testing workflows

**What You Need to Succeed**:
**Must-haves**:

- 3-5 years of experience in **manual + automated testing**
- Hands-on skills with **Selenium**, **Cypress**, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with **API testing** using **Postman** or **RestAssured**
- Understanding of **CI/CD workflows**, Git, and version control
- Knowledge of at least one **programming language** (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and debugging skills
- Agile mindset and prior experience working in sprint-based teams

**Nice-to-haves**:





- Exposure to tools like **Jira**, **Zephyr**, or similar QA platforms
- Scripting skills and basic knowledge of **DevOps** environments
- Familiarity with **Azure Cloud**
