As a Digital Advertising PPC Specialist at Flying Solo, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across major platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll help develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and enhance ROI.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital advertising with both an analytical and creative approach.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Research and select keywords, target audiences, and ad types to maximize campaigns efficiency.
- Monitor & adjust campaigns in real-time to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms to track and report campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and optimize conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and best practices for each platform.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and effective ads.
- Propose new strategies to expand advertising presence and attract new audiences.
- Regularly report on the performance of campaigns across different platforms.
**Preferred Background**
- Proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies,
including targeting, bidding, and campaign optimization (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights (required). Google Tag Manager would be a plus.
- Experience in TikTok Ads & Linkedin Ads would be a plus.
- Experience in conversion tracking and implementation with platforms such as WordPress and Squarespace.
- Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to seek answers and solutions with autonomy.
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to work autonomously, with the support of your team, to manage the entire. paid ads account from strategy, build-out, testing, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze in-platform data, as well as third-party support tools, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ability to think through complex problems, develop hypotheses, execute testing, and understand when enough data has been collected to decide.
- Ability to multitask, highly organized, and able to prioritize projects effectively.
- Ability to adapt to different client goals, team dynamics, and new processes.
- Proficient in English; reading, speaking, and writing.
**Work Conditions**:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Full-time position.
