Descripción

- Work closely with the Marketing Delivery team and local LATAM and North America marketing teams to execute the regional Enterprise Solutions marketing plan.
- Localise quarterly flagship campaigns and coordinate timely deployment in partnership with CRM and Social Media teams.
- Drive B2B lead generation for the region through CRM, digital media, and events.
- Nurture key general customer contacts ensuring direct outreach for events and webinar.
- Develop sales enablement materials and regional case studies.
- Produce localised market insights to support marketing strategy and planning.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to optimise lead generation activity across all markets.
- Using Canva or other design tools create sales collateral, social media asset and powerpoint documents.




- Drive the creation of internal communications content and townhall decks.
- Using GA4 and other data sources develop and maintain marketing performance reports

Perfil buscado

- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in English
- Portugues (Plus)
- Demonstrated experience in optimising lead generation activity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Canva or other design tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and extract meaningful insights.
- GA4 proficiency
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently within an international and multicultural team.
