Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as SME for compensation related activities and processes: market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, position evaluations, etc.
- Supports TR Center of Expertise in the analytics behind the creation of new programs.
- Serves as the next point of escalation for Shared Services employees with complex employee queries regarding compensation where the issue is resolved or forwarded to the TR CoE.
- Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the Service Center with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced.
- Liaises and networks with HR practitioners/counterparts across industries for benchmarking purposes.
- Proactively seeks for improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
- +5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Total Rewards.
- Expertise in compensation with in depth understanding of market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis and evaluations, etc.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday and ServiceNow).
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Teamwork and customer service skills.
