Hybrid

This position requires working on-site 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What you will do (Responsibilities):

Build upon prior work experiences to propose and implement business solutions for increasingly complex business problems, exercising independent judgment and autonomy.

Analyze business results versus forecast, budget, and prior year; understand and explain key changes in business drivers.

Drive forecast accuracy and recommend performance improvement actions.

Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to evaluate financial performance and business risk (e.g., financial models, business cases, run rates, advanced data analytics).

Prepare reporting packages for Monthly Operating Reviews and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), selecting the most effective presentation method for the audience.

Support Budget and Long-Term Plan (LTP) development; analyze trends to establish aggressive yet achievable targets.

Build strong relationships with functional stakeholders and business partners.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of how operational activities impact the Income Statement and Cash Flow.

Champion continuous improvement and innovation (process optimization, enhanced data analytics).

Communicate financial performance and analysis results to Finance Leadership and key business partners.

Proactively seek growth opportunities (skill development, training, networking, feedback).

Support ad hoc projects as required.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Public Accountant degree is a plus).

Minimum 1 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles.

Intermediate English level.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.

Previous experience in a large Accounting Firm / Big 4 as an auditor.

Knowledge of programming languages, data tools, or database management.
