Drilling Services - AMO Supervisor

Our Drilling Services AMO Team is assembling and testing the latest products of drilling equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

**Partner with the best**

As an ARMO Supervisor, you'll supervise and coordinate the R&M; activities on a shift. You will instruct and provide guidance to operating staff in production scheduling. Moreover, you will recommend adjustments to product batches or R&M; processes in order to maintain quality standards.

As the ARMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Training members of the department as a role model in areas of safety and commitment
- Understanding of all processes, procedures and safety risks associated with the plant processing areas
- Informing the R&M; Manager of process problems or delays and recommends solutions
- Monitoring repair statistics to ensure accuracy
- Assessing and reporting results of production runs

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent with proven experience in R&M;
- Have knowledge of products and understanding of QC analysis to recommend adjustments
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Have knowledge of required transactions performed in manufacturing database
- Have the ability to operate all plant equipment
- Be a team player and display good communication skills
