Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (adaptable hours: 12pm - 8:30pm, 1pm - 9:30pm, or 2pm - 10:30pm)

Salary: USD $3000 - $4000 monthly

About the Role

n

Were seeking a Director of Marketing or Marketing Manager for our client to lead their marketing function and elevate their strategy. The role is currently being covered internally, but they need a true specialist to take ownership of planning, execution, and performance. This person will also manage a marketing admin based in their office in Washington State.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Build and execute the companys marketing strategy.
- Manage digital channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.




- Analyze data and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Create and coordinate marketing content aligned with business goals.
- Oversee and optimize marketing budgets.
- Implement and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Supervise and support the marketing admin.

Must-Have Skills & Experiencen

- Strong experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Ability to create effective, engaging marketing content.
- Advanced English level

Nice to Haven

- Experience in construction, premium services, or technical project-based industries (not required).
- Prior experience leading small teams.
- Additional training or certifications in digital marketing or strategy.
