Your ‘day to day’
- Provide annual Compensation Cycle support: salary survey analysis and preparation of the merit budget proposal, preparation of Compensation Plan proposals, recording and monitoring of merit budget, preparation of merit grid simulations, manage Merit communication approach.
- Assess and prepare recommendations for Americas region: provide data driven insights to stakeholders at different levels. Comply with integral project initiatives and certifications (i.e. Equal Salary Certification).
- Stakeholder Engagement:
provide customers with guidance on Total Rewards processes based on global and local principles and practices, escalate exceptional cases. Prepare and deliver Total Rewards related trainings.
- Continuous Improvement: work with Supervisor and Product Teams to drive process, digitization and experience of services, identify and address areas for improvement. Gather firsthand feedback on stakeholders.
- User Experience, Insights & Reporting: engage with markets to identify and ensure preparation of local, regional and global reporting needs in coordination with the Reporting & Analytics team. Provide insights and analytics to support market decisions, and support on ad hoc total rewards requests.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields.
- 2+ years in compensation / total rewards, experience in managing Total Rewards processes: merit, budgeting, salary planning and design of salary structures, variable pay programs, salary survey submission, benefits.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical, data driven, organizational and collaboration skills.
