**Job role**

The Service Excellence GDS Operations Support Supervising Associate is part of a integral team that plays a pivotal role in transforming business at EY GDS enabling stakeholders to lead in the marketplace. The team partners with their stakeholders to solve problems through every step in their journey by focusing on innovation techniques, improve process efficiency and enhance productivity enabling them to remain competitive in the market.

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in business process improvement discussions, analyse and provide consultancy on process and automation opportunities.
- Assess and document processes. Suggest improvements.
- Digitalization requirements - configuration and development.
- Develop business intelligence reports and report projects progress.
- Ability to understand and identify the requirements from the team and systematically translate them into solutions.
- Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team, including pro-active collaboration.




- Report status of assigned tasks and adhere to Project deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively promote an inclusive work environment by participating in BU, geography, area or national gender/diversity investment efforts.

**Education**

Graduates preferred, IT related certification, Business Administration.

**Other requirements (preferred)**
- +5 years of experience in business analysis and/or process improvement
- Experience in working with Agile Methodology
- Experience in working with technology solutions (like Office 365/Excel Macros/BI tools)
- Experience in data modelling is desired

**Basic Qualifications**
- Good planning and time management skills
- High energy, self-starter
- Fluency in English
- High multitasking capabilities
