Vital Virtuals is a leading provider of remote healthcare support services. As we expand, we seek a skilled Remote Medical Biller and Coder, proficient in English (C1 or above) to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
- Submit claims electronically to insurance companies and follow up on claim status.
- Resolve claim denials and rejections on time
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations
- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries and disputes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Medical Biller in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong knowledge of medical coding principles, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification preferred
- Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.




- Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).
