Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French general mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.
Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating,
providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.
MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE LEADER M/F
Description:
Identify and implement improvement opportunities in asset lifecycle management by defining different maintenance strategies and other initiatives, applying Asset Management methodologies.
This position reports to: Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
Define methodologies and criteria for continuous improvement of asset performance during engineering, specification, commissioning, and start‑up stages.
Provide information related to asset behavior.
Propose renewal projects for assets according to their performance, including Acquisition, Replacement, and End‑of‑Life Disposal.
Contribute to asset renewal with technical and economic efficiency.
Prepare reports and analyses on new maintenance strategies, studies, and technological advancements.
