We're Canada's clean energy marketing agency. We help nuclear, renewable, and clean energy companies communicate their impact with clarity, credibility, and campaigns that move the needle. Our mission: deliver strategic and creative content marketing solutions that provide relief and peace of mind to our clients navigating the energy transition.
We offer comprehensive services across strategy, creative, motion, and media. We've recently launched monthly recurring revenue packages, and demand is surging—clients are coming back ready to move forward. Right now, we're experiencing exceptional growth as Canada and the US invest heavily in energy infrastructure, driven by data center expansion, AI's energy consumption, and the need for reliable, carbon-neutral power.
Our clients include clean energy leaders across Canada, nuclear organizations beyond Ontario, and renewable energy companies expanding into US and European markets. We partner with industry giants like IBM, Westinghouse, Framatome, and Kinectrics—companies driving the energy transition who trust us to communicate their value to regulators, investors, and communities.
New companies entering the space come directly to us saying "we hear you're the people to talk to."
Since 2004, we've built lasting partnerships spanning over a decade with some clients. We made a strategic bet years ago: stop being a general B2B agency and own the clean energy niche completely. That focus is paying off with rapid scaling and US expansion.
OUR COMPANY VALUES
You Are in Charge of You:
See the Forest through the Trees
We're a hybrid organization with 14 (soon to be 15 ) teammates spanning Ontario, Pakistan and Nigeria, with a home base in Toronto. Our team includes our Founder, Managing Director, Directors, Project Managers, Finance and HR, plus a multidisciplinary creative team of Filmmakers, Producers, Designers, Illustrators, Animators, Writers, Photographers, and Strategists.
We're on a quest to create a place where we challenge ourselves and feel rewarded by our achievements through individual, team, and company growth. Our core values guide us as we forge deep connections with colleagues, partners, and clients. We embrace collaboration, openness, and mutual support, fostering an environment where ideas are shared collectively with a transparent, honest, and empathetic approach.
About the Role
We're looking for a remote B2B Marketing Manager to be the right hand to our Head Of Sales & Marketing—building and executing multi-channel campaigns for both our internal marketing initiatives and our growing roster of client accounts.
In this role, you'll design and run integrated campaigns across Linked In (organic and paid), Google Ads, email marketing, landing pages, and content — coordinating with our creative team to bring everything to life. You'll manage client-facing social media accounts, optimize paid ad performance, track what's working across channels, and iterate quickly based on the data.
We've recently launched monthly recurring revenue packages and clients are eager to get started. Systems and processes are already in place — you'll plug into those while bringing your own strategic thinking. You won't be doing the creative work yourself; we have a full creative team for that.
Your job is to orchestrate: brief them, direct the work,
and drive campaigns from planning through launch across both internal and client work.
Our ADECUADO CANDIDATE
brings 4–5 years of experience in roles like B2B Digital Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketer, B2B Content Marketing Strategist, or Growth Marketer. You're a true B2B generalist — fluent across paid advertising, email, and social, with real hands-on experience managing budgets, briefing creative teams, and running multiple campaigns in parallel.
You understand why B2B is different from B2C: long sales cycles, technical buyers, and relationship-driven decisions that require credibility before conversion. You write copy that makes technical topics accessible without losing their weight.
Beyond the hard skills, you operate like a second-in-command: you assess a situation, form a point of view, and move — bringing a recommendation and the reasoning behind it, not a list of questions.
Performance Metrics
Your performance will be measured by campaign quality, execution speed, lead generation results, ability to spot insights and iterate quickly, and KPIs we'll define together as we establish benchmarks.
Reporting Structure
You'll collaborate with our Creative team (Designers, Videographers, Copywriters), contract Social Media Specialist, and broader Marketing and Sales team. This position reports directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
You’ll be doing things like:
Campaign Strategy & Multi-Channel Orchestration:
Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to set goals for internal marketing and client accounts; design integrated campaigns across Linked In (organic and paid), email, landing pages, and content; align timing and messaging across channels; set success metrics; own execution from planning through launch.
Paid Advertising (Linked In & Google Ads):
Set up and manage campaigns in Linked In Ads Manager and Google Ads; build B2B targeting for clean energy audiences; write ad copy; set budgets and optimize; A/B test creative, messaging, and targeting; report on ROI and recommend what to scale.
Organic Social Media (Linked In):
Manage Linked In for our agency and client accounts; develop content strategies; create and schedule posts; write captions or coordinate with Copywriters; engage with followers; adjust based on what's working.
Email Marketing (Mail Chimp):
Build campaigns and nurture sequences; write copy or work with copywriters; segment and personalize; track opens, clicks, conversions; optimize based on results.
Creative Team Coordination:
Write detailed briefs for Designers, Videographers, and Copywriters; specify what you need (social cuts, ad creative, email graphics, landing pages), the message, and usage; manage timelines; give feedback and request revisions.
Performance Analysis & Iteration:
Track campaigns across channels; pull together reports on what's working and what's not; spot actionable insights; recommend what to do next based on the numbers; fail fast, catch issues quickly, pivot; treat launches as tests to optimize.
Project & Workflow Management:
Juggle multiple campaigns across internal marketing and client work; keep everything on deadline; use Click Up to stay organized; think in systems, not one-offs; document what works for scaling; keep improving how we work.
