At Vesta Software Group LATAM, we are looking for a Finance Integration Leader to join our Finance team.This is a critical role leading the financial integration of newly acquired businesses across LATAM.
You'll play a key part in ensuring successful post-acquisition transitions, bringing structure, visibility, and alignment to companies operating in complex and often unstructured environments.You will be at the intersection of Finance and M&A;, driving integration processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to support Vesta's growth strategy.
What you'll be doing• Lead end-to-end financial integrations of acquired companies• Execute Finance Integration Roadmaps (processes, systems, teams)• Partner with M&A; across due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition• Analyze financials, detect risks, inconsistencies, and improvement areas• Assess and restructure financial processes in complex environments• Align and lead finance teams, driving engagement and cultural integration• Identify gaps in systems, tools, and capabilities (ERP, reporting,



etc.)• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously• Report progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders What we're looking for• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (postgrad is a plus)• Experience in Finance/Accounting roles, ideally with M&A; exposure• Background in integrations, transformations, or complex environments• Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and closing cycles• Experience with ERP systems and data tools (Power BI is a plus)• Tech industry experience is a plus• Strong leadership in challenging environments• Ability to bring structure, order, and process to ambiguity• High analytical skills and attention to detail• Project management mindset (multiple workstreams)• Ability to influence and drive decisions Who you are• Hands-on, resilient, and adaptable• Comfortable navigating complexity and change• Strong at building trust and engaging teams• Motivated by transforming and integrating businesses Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
