What You'll DoCommunicate with prospective patients via phone and textExplain services and guide patients through next stepsAssist with registration and appointment bookingMatch patients with providers based on their needsFollow up on inquiries to drive conversionsMaintain accurate schedules and patient informationSales-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skillsConfident, empathetic, and clear communicatorComfortable handling calls and working toward goalsTech-savvy and able to manage multiple systemsReliable internet, computer, quiet workspace, and headsetExperience in sales, call centers, or healthcare outreachFamiliarity with U.S. healthcare, insurance, or patient intakeFull-time roleCompetitive compensation (discussed during interview)Scheduled rest days based on team structureYou'll be part of a team that's helping people access mental health care when they need it most.
