Role Description
This is a remote position focused on hiring top talent in Latin America, particularly in Argentina and Colombia.
The role supports U.S.-based clients, so candidates should be fluent in English and available during U.S. working hours.
The primary responsibilities include creating and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, planning and executing media buying strategies, conducting comprehensive research, and analyzing campaign performance.




The role will involve close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative, data-driven advertising strategies that align with client goals.
The Paid Media Specialist will also deliver insightful reporting to articulate campaign performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
Media Planning and Marketing skills to design, execute, and manage advertising campaigns effectively
Strong Communication and New Media expertise to collaborate across teams and develop strategies for modern digital platforms
Research skills for analyzing trends, metrics, and audience behavior to drive campaign success
Proficiency in managing paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and understanding KPIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaigns effectively
Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
