Speak fluent English and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders on both the client and internal side.
Bring proven experience managing and growing B2B client relationships, with a strong commercial instinct to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Understand how digital products are built, comfortable discussing scope, UX/UI trade-offs, sprints, integrations, and technical feasibility without being technical.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical profiles.
Show a track record of high ownership, follow-through, and proactive relationship management.
Bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, able to lead account planning, roadmap conversations, and conflict resolution.
We are looking for someone able to
Own relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders, maintaining strong and consistent communication.
Understand client goals, priorities, and constraints deeply, and translate them into clear directions for internal teams.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts and drive them forward with a consultative approach.
Lead account planning and roadmap conversations, aligning client needs with Light-it's capabilities.
Anticipate risks and proactively manage potential issues before they escalate.




Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure strong execution and alignment between what was sold and what is built.
Navigate tough conversations, intermediate conflicts, and maintain trust even under pressure.
Maintain clear internal visibility of account health, opportunities, and risks.
Engage meaningfully in conversations involving product scope, AI-driven features, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just a point of contact.
Other valuable skills
Experience working directly with product or engineering teams.
Background in product management, UX/UI, engineering, or technical consulting.
Experience at a software development agency or digital product company.
Exposure to healthcare or digital health.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
