- Speak fluent English and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders on both the client and internal side.
- Bring proven experience managing and growing B2B client relationships, with a strong commercial instinct to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Understand how digital products are built, comfortable discussing scope, UX/UI trade-offs, sprints, integrations, and technical feasibility without being technical.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical profiles.
- Show a track record of high ownership, follow-through, and proactive relationship management.
- Bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, able to lead account planning, roadmap conversations, and conflict resolution.
We are looking for someone able to
- Own relationships with strategic accounts and key stakeholders, maintaining strong and consistent communication.
- Understand client goals, priorities, and constraints deeply, and translate them into clear directions for internal teams.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across accounts and drive them forward with a consultative approach.
- Lead account planning and roadmap conversations, aligning client needs with Light-it's capabilities.
- Anticipate risks and proactively manage potential issues before they escalate.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure strong execution and alignment between what was sold and what is built.
- Navigate tough conversations, intermediate conflicts, and maintain trust even under pressure.
- Maintain clear internal visibility of account health, opportunities, and risks.
- Engage meaningfully in conversations involving product scope, AI-driven features, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just a point of contact.
Other valuable skills
- Experience working directly with product or engineering teams.
- Background in product management, UX/UI, engineering, or technical consulting.
- Experience at a software development agency or digital product company.
- Exposure to healthcare or digital health.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
