Comply with global project initiatives and certifications (i.E. Equal Salary Certification).Stakeholder Engagement: provide customers with guidance on Total Rewards processes based on global and local principles and practices, escalate exceptional cases. Prepare and deliver Total Rewards related trainings.Continuous Improvement: work with Supervisor and Product Teams to drive process, digitization and experience of services, identify and address areas for improvement. Gather firsthand feedback on stakeholders.User Experience, Insights & Reporting: engage with markets to identify and ensure preparation of local,



regional and integral reporting needs in coordination with the Reporting & Analytics team. Provide insights and analytics to support market decisions, and support on ad hoc total rewards requests.Who we’re looking forUniversity degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields.2+ years in compensation / total rewards, experience in managing Total Rewards processes: merit, budgeting, salary planning and design of salary structures, variable pay programs, salary survey submission, benefits.Excellent spoken and written English.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Customer-oriented mindset with strong analytical, data driven, organizational and collaboration skills.What we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
