Main mission of the role:
Lead the Retail Design team to improve performance and processes in order to deliver meaningful solutions and ideas for our Stores and Brand. Impact significantly on the quality and creativity of the Brand in all Retail and offline.
Role functions:
- Develop and follow up the brand execution in terms of retail and offline. Must create, innovate, improve and lead the team.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborates successfully with other integral teams during the stores planning, construction, interior design and execution.
- Ensures the right design, communication and experience for the clients with the brand to support the business objectives.

Hard Skills
- A minimum of 8+ years working in Branding & Retail. Must have experience in POP, BTL Activations and /or Interior design
- Knows Sketchup, Vray, Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & other design software.
- Advanced skills in Graphic & Industrial Design.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Portuguese/Spanish is preferred.
- Regional / Global experience preferred.
Soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Notably creative, inspiring leader, and good negotiator.
- Manages teams assertively and is able to give clear feedback.
- Ability to balance creativity and strategic design thinking to an efficient problem solving.
