About the Role Our client is a founder-led events agency where entrepreneurs gather to fuel their creative genius. They create high-impact experiences for brand builders, by brand builders, from intimate farm-to-table dinners and overnight retreats to immersive popups and headline-making summits across North America. They are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives across email andsocial media , and webinars,



with a strong focus on driving audience growth and ticket sales for events and programs. This is not a typical social media role. This person will own the digital marketing engine behind the brand, developing content ideas , managing campaigns , and executing strategies that turn marketing into sold-out experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, planning and launching campaigns , supporting event and program promotions , and helping bring the brand to life across digital channels.
