We are currently looking for a MS Dynamics Solution Architect, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O;, or both) aligned with business requirements.
Lead solution design workshops, translating functional needs into scalable technical architectures.
Define integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (Azure, APIs, third-party platforms).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Oversee customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 environments following best practices.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and validate solution design, code, and architecture to ensure quality and maintainability.
Support deployment strategies,



DevOps processes, and environment management.
Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem innovations and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Qualifications:
4 to 6 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Proven experience in solution design or architecture roles within Dynamics environments.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and capabilities.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Solid understanding and hand-on experience with integration patterns and enterprise architecture.
Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
Strong communication skills to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure) are required.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
Must have experience working for US customers.
