Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, ensuring high performance and reliability across critical systems
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of microservices-based platforms supporting real-time applications and APIs
Build and deploy new features and products using agile methodologies, ensuring seamless user experiences
Optimize backend systems for scalability, low latency, and high availability as user demand grows
Implement strong security practices across all backend components to safeguard systems and user data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate databases, third-party services, and blockchain-related technologies
Continuously improve system performance, code quality, and development processes through best practices and innovation
Requirements
Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript, with experience building complex backend systems




Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience working with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
Proven ability to contribute to large-scale, high-availability platforms
Good understanding of backend security principles and best practices
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-evolving environment
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to have: experience with blockchain integrations, Redis or message queues, and languages such as Ruby, Rust, or C++
