About The RolenWe’re hiring a Tech Lead, Full Stack to own and build our customer onboarding platform from scratch.

n

This platform powers how patients enter our ecosystem, guiding them through eligibility, recommendations, and treatment selection.

n

It’s the front door to our business: a high‑conversion, high‑performance onboarding experience that directly impacts growth and patient outcomes.

n

You’ll work directly with the founders, partnering closely on product direction, architecture, and key technical decisions as we build and scale. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on product, growth, and patient experience.

You won’t just be contributing to a codebase, you’ll be:

nCore Requirementsn

n




- 8+ years of full‑stack experience (Strong Node.js, React, and TypeScript experience required)
n
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres
n
- Proven experience owning and building systems from scratch (0 → 1) in production environments
n
- Strong backend and system design skills, with the ability to make tradeoffs around scalability, performance, and reliability
n
- Experience owning architecture end‑to‑end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
n
- Hands‑on experience with AWS
n
- Experience building and scaling production‑grade, user‑facing applications with real usage and performance considerations
n
- Experience working in fast‑paced or early‑stage environments where ambiguity is high
n
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to hiring or team growth
n
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive projects forward
