The **Vendor Operations Associate (DELL)**for our **APU**(Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay) Organization Performs daily administrative management of assigned vendor lines.

Including material master maintenance, promotion pricing, invoicing, return and purchase order responsibilities.

Works closely with sales counterparts on operational aspects of the sales cycle.

**What You'll Do**:

- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all Vendor Partner orders. **(20%)**:

- Monitors Returns status daily. **(20%)**:

- Timely set-up and accuracy of new part numbers. **(20%)**:

- Manage SKU Setup & Price Change Process. **(20%)**

**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Understands Returns process and guidelines and monitors returns status
- Manage all promotions ensuring budget availability and correct authorizations.
- Monitors expiration dates.
- Provides responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners and other internal departments.




- Works collaboratively with Purchasing to monitor purchase/pricing strategies for products.
- May manage smaller product lines and is accountable for sales growth and attainment of profit goals.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting as needed
- Assist with Vendor Portal Updates
- Assist with implementing Sales Incentives & Engagements
- Additional duties as assigned
- Meets attendance and punctuality standards

**What We're Looking For**:

- High School Graduate required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Possesses strong data entry skills.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
