**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**

- **Domain Expertise**- Become a thought leader in the digital content services team, delivering value via strategic research, client engagement, global press, and social media outreach.
- **Intellectual Property and Strategic Evaluation**
- Develop actionable, strategic, insightful, up-to-date market intelligence and reports based on primary and secondary market research on the technologies, and services that the digital content services industry sells.

**Secondary Responsibilities**

- **Business Development**
- Maintain business relationships with general digital content services players by regularly participating in briefings with them and working under the guidance of colleagues to conduct business needs analysis for Frost & Sullivan clients.
- **Consulting Engagement**
- Proactively contribute to industrial technologies consulting projects under the guidance of senior team members, demonstrate specialist knowledge in the industrial technologies industry, and utilise defined research and analytical practices in a team-focused environment.

**Required Competencies**

**Essential**

- A relevant university degree (BA, BS) in business marketing, market research, economics, journalism, or technology.
- 2-3 years of experience in the related industry is preferable.
- At least 3 years of analyst/consulting working experience within a Consulting and/or Advisory services business environment.
- The ability to research and write a coherent story in proper English about a topic is critical.
- A foundational understanding of consulting/research/investigative journalism methodologies and business modelling (primary/secondary research, coherent story development).
- A foundational understanding of the digital content services industry,
- Desire, curiosity,



and enthusiasm to build your expertise in the digital content services domain to become a respected thought leader in the eyes of global industry vendors.
- The ability to network to create new vendor relationships and to proactively manage ongoing relationships to stay relevant to them.
- Enthusiasm for supporting business development initiatives that benefit the entire team.
- An analytical thought process, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and business level fluency in English.
- The desire to learn public presentation skills in front of an audience and a video camera.
- Confident enough to present your work to a group of peers or a client and defend your analysis in a calm and professional manner.
- A team player who views team collaboration as an important path to professional development.
