We're looking for a remote Junior Designer across all LATAM to support our client's creative team across branding, ads, and marketing assets.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in visual design who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You'll collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth teams to bring ideas to life while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Create visual assets for ads, social media, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
Execute designs based on creative briefs and direction
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
Support fast-paced production of creative assets
Branding & Visual Direction
Apply strong branding principles across all work




Ensure designs align with brand identity and guidelines
Support the evolution and refinement of the brand's visual direction
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and presentation
Creative Support
Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring concepts to life
Translate ideas and messaging into compelling visuals
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
Workflow & Collaboration
Manage tasks within structured workflows
Communicate clearly on progress, updates, and revisions
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Strong foundation in branding and visual design
Good eye for layout, aesthetics, and creative direction
Experience designing for ads, social media, or digital marketing
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Ability to follow direction while also contributing creatively
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
Comfortable working remotely in a collaborative team environment
