What You Will Do:
Sell cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in the NYC area.
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial inquiry to closing the deal and follow-up.
Upsell services to increase the average check.
Manage leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Report on sales performance and meet KPIs.
Requirements:
Fluent English (advanced verbal and written communication is a must).
Proven experience in sales or customer service (dealing with US clients is a plus).
Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify customer needs.
Proficiency with CRM systems and time-management tools.
Ability to work independently and handle objections effectively.
Tech-savvy with a stable internet connection.
Terms & Compensation:
Shift Schedule: 5/2 adaptable shifts synchronized with New York time (EST).
Available shifts: morning, afternoon, or evening blocks.
Salary: $500 during the probation period.
Post-probation: Base salary + KPI bonuses (Average total income: $1,000 – $1,500+).
