**Who we are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly analytical and passionate Senior Training and Development Analyst to join our People team. This temporary position, initially for 6 months, offers the possibility of extension and/or conversion to a permanent role,



depending on performance and business needs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that drive the professional growth of our employees.

**What you'll do**:

- Design and implement innovative and effective training programs aligned with business needs and People strategies.
- Conduct training needs analysis (identifying needs, gap analysis, etc.).
- Develop training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, etc.) using various methodologies and tools.
- Manage training logistics (registration, invitations, learning platforms, etc.).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements.
- Manage the budget allocated to training activities.
- Collaborate with other People areas to ensure the alignment of training programs with integral strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in training and development.
