About the Role:
We're looking for a Junior Accountant who combines solid accounting fundamentals with strong ownership and proactivity.
You'll support billing, basic accounting, and administrative tasks within the Finance department and collaborate with Operations and the U.S.-based team to ensure accurate, timely financial processes.
This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can grow into more complex finance and operations responsibilities over time.
Key responsibilities:




Daily transaction recording (journal entries, invoice processing, general ledger maintenance).
Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports (P&L;, balance sheet, expense tracking).
Support tax-related processes, including preparation of working papers and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
Provide occasional administrative support related to client follow-ups.
About You:
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) and Xero (nice to have).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, execution-focused, and able to meet deadlines.
Proactive and comfortable working within a structured finance team.
Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month (depending on experience and seniority).
