THE ROLE

You will be the creative lead for the local social studio, accountable for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day output. You will guide teams from brief to delivery, shaping ideas, strengthening craft, and keeping work aligned to the general brand voice while making it culturally and contextually right for your market.

Working closely with the Global Social ECD, local marketing teams,



strategy, account leadership, and producers, you will build a confident creative rhythm across planning, production, approvals, and optimisation. Success means consistently high‑quality work, strong stakeholder trust, and a studio team that delivers sustainably.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead creative development for local social content and campaigns, from brief to final delivery.

Translate global toolkits and creative territories into locally relevant ideas, formats, and executions.

Set clear creative direction across concept, copy, design, motion, and film, improving quality through strong feedback and reviews.

Build and maintain an effective local content system, including recurring formats, creator briefs, and platform‑specific guidelines.

Partner with strategy, social listening, and analytics to use insights to improve creative performance over time.
