OverviewThis position is located in C.A.B.A., Argentina.
Ryz is looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide technical assistance, support, and advice to our users and manage various IT systems, including computers, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and access controls.
This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and a keen understanding of IT compliance standards to support our dynamic staffing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to employees for hardware and softwareInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems and applicationsManage Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems to ensure the security and compliance of mobile devicesAdminister user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systemsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience as an IT Support Specialist, IT Systems Administrator, or similar roleStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systemsExperience with MDM solutions and managing mobile devicesFamiliarity with access control systems and user account managementExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with cloud services and virtualization technologiesKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practicesAbout RYZ LabsRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in **** by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
