What you’ll do:

nSalesforce Technical Architect in the Architecture & Engineering EC will serve as the technical authority for Salesforce-based solutions, responsible for designing, governing, and overseeing the delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performing Salesforce architectures. You will lead technical discovery, define end‑to‑end solution architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrations, and guide development teams to successful delivery. This role requires deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong client‑facing skills, and the ability to translate business strategy into robust technical designs.n

As a Salesforce Technical Architect you will be expected to work on multiple SF cloud including but not limited to Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and integrated systems
n
- Own end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture, including application design, data models, security, integrations, environments, and release strategy
n
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
n
- Design and govern implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration
n
- Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, middleware, ETL, and iPaaS tools
n
- Design scalable and reusable Lightning component frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices
n
- Define data architecture, data migration strategies, and integration patterns when transitioning from legacy systems to Salesforce
n
- Create and review technical architecture documentation including architecture diagrams, data flows, integration designs, and deployment models
n
- Define environment strategy, CI/CD approach, and release management plans appropriate to project complexity
n
- Review code and technical designs to ensure quality, performance, security, and alignment with architectural standards
n
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
n




- Support pre‑sales activities by contributing to solution scoping, technical estimates, and risk identification
n
- Identify, manage, and proactively mitigate technical risks and dependencies
n
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice
n
- Stay current on Salesforce product releases, architectural patterns, and emerging platform capabilities
n

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
n
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent enterprise CRM development experience
n
- Advanced Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, including: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II (or JavaScript Developer I), Certified App Builder, Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Health Cloud (or other specialist certifications)

- Proven experience acting as a technical lead or architect on Salesforce implementations
