In the Interview Scheduling role responsibilities will include
Understand the recruiting process flow and target dates to meet
Schedule the interview through the corresponding channel
Take ownership of the interview Ensure it happens




Achieve service level agreements and ensure we are meeting required service levels
Brainstorm and highlight continuous improvement ideas

Basic Qualifications
Students from Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relationships, Psychology or related fields
At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service related roles
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in the use of Office Suite products, such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Advanced English level, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources or Recruiting related roles.
Experience working with large teams.
Experience using English language in a professional environment.
Professional Qualifications
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Able to get work done on time and with high quality
Able to achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction from the client
