**JOB DESCRIPTION** Organization Description**

The Corporate & Investment Bank is a global leader across investment banking, wholesale payments, markets and securities services. This role is with the Digital Document Services group, to support a Cross Line of Business function which requires collecting procedural changes and provide training to impacted team members and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Training Plans
- Ensure final approved changes have been communicated and impacted members have been trained
- Champions and adheres to the DDS Change Readiness process
- Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed
- Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures
- Work under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changes
- Establish working relationships and routinely interface with Stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, and any other relevant party
- Formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls
- Work both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements,



presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of two to three years of experience in the Industry working with Change Management. (Knowledge of financial services functions, operations and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments a plus)
- Demonstrated experience giving trainings, explaining new processes
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly with strong attention to detail
- Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines, while managing shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Self-motivated, results orientated & analytical ability who is able to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience working with end users to improve user experience
- BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
